"Untitled,
watercolor and ink on paper, 8.5x11.5" I made this late the other night in my watercolor book. Working on some really awesome client projects this month and some larger oil paintings as well. Still doing lots of small drawings and slowly working on one other larger drawing right now too. It's getting warmer here and the sun is shining more often. Until next time..."

　リンク先の画家のHPに掲載された絵をみると、人体の一部を透明化して、そこに風景を描き込んだ、引用した絵に近いタッチのものが、特徴的に並んでいる。

　その中でも強く印象に残るのが、"Untitled"と書かれた上の絵。
　青いパンダのような眼の周りと透明な顔、そしてそこに描き込まれた郊外の家の暗示するイメージが、透徹した陰鬱を拡散していて素晴らしい。(胸の人物はもう少し丁寧に描かれても良かったような…w)

　3D-CG化して、カメラが回り込んで、透明な頭の中の風景をぐるりと一周眺めたくなるような不思議なムードが醸し出されています。
